I've been given this case to solve in an attempt to understand the topic of "patient clinical data analysis" to develop my competency in reading and comprehending clinical data including history, clinical findings, investigations and come up with a diagnosis and treatment plan. CASE This is a case of a 65 year old female admitted in the ward, with a complaints of B/L Pedal edema :- 10 days Facial puffiness:- 10 days Shortness of Breath :- 4 days Dry cou
